Following are just a few samples of the more than 135 dental/medical/veterinary projects completed by Norwest.

Dr. Mario Pedroza – Hillsboro, Oregon
To keep up with his rapidly growing dental practice, Dr. Pedroza planned to expand into the adjoining office condominium, but he needed to maintain the lobby he shared with a neighboring practice. Norwest had to combine the new and existing spaces and remodel the entire office and lobby all while Dr. Pedroza continued to operate his practice.

NW Women's Clinic – Portland, Oregon
To better serve their growing patient base the Northwest Women's Clinic had to relocate one of their offices to a larger space. Their preferred option was a proposed medical office building that would be ready one year after they signed their lease. However, before committing to a new 9000 sq. ft. OB/GYN clinic, management wanted a precise budget they could count on outlining both construction and related project costs.

Pacific Endontics – Lake Oswego, Oregon
Dr. Paul Ortner IV purchased a new multi-tenant office building to locate his growing endodontic practice. He wanted his new office constructed with the same skill and attention to detail he demanded of himself when treating patients. His hands-on approach required a contractor who shared his commitment to quality at every level of the project.

Fusion Dental – Portland, Oregon
Incorporating sustainable features into a new dental office for a practicing husband and wife team is not unusual. However, meeting their commitment to a design that blends East Indian and Western architecture added a more personal element to the project. Understanding and valuing a client's desire to combine culture and design required every member of the project team to communicate clearly to ensure the customer's goals were understood and accomplished.

Dr. Courtney Anders, D.V.M. – Portland, Oregon
The demographics of Portland's Pearl District suggested an excellent opportunity for Dr. Courtney Anders' new veterinary clinic. Construction challenges included developing a sound attenuation system that allowed the practice to operate normally without disturbing the neighboring offices and residents.

Ted Rodich, D.D.S. – West Linn, Oregon
In a building filled with attractive finishes, Dr. Rodich's office has two surgical operatories, bamboo flooring in the entry, vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and solid cherry wood millwork. An existing pediatric medical practice was on the floor below, so Norwest completed the plumbing and electrical work in the evenings to reduce the disruption and inconvenience to their business.

Ronald C. Selis, D.M.D. – Portland, Oregon
This project required numerous changes to convert it from a dark, narrow grocery store to a dental office. Norwest added a dramatic, barrel-vaulted ceiling in the lobby, custom-designed skylights, and a wire-cable lighting system. The space also features Lauzon maple flooring and concrete countertops.

Jon Robinson, D.M.D. – Lake Oswego, Oregon
Dr. Robinson's 3,200 s.f. office is in the Lake View Village retail and office complex. It includes Lauzon birch flooring, custom wood doors and millwork, an unusual blend of concrete and granite countertops, and other decorative finishes throughout the space.

Duy Anh Tran, D.M.D. – Beaverton, Oregon
This 3,100 s.f. project called for elaborate cherry wood casing and millwork, raised panel doors, and a slate entry.
