Carl Zeiss Vision is a world leader in developing and manufacturing ophthalmic lenses, lens coatings and dispensary technologies. Constructing their new 23,000-square-foot facility required sound technical abilities to analyze problems and provide cost-cutting solutions that would not extend the completion date.

CUI Inc. Tualatin, Oregon
This new, 50,000 s.f. building required office space and a sizable warehouse. Norwest constructed a large mezzanine, creating a dramatic, two-story lobby with a steel staircase and elevator. Employees enjoy a full-service break room, with flat-screen TVs, an extensive kitchen area, and other amenities. The office area also features slate flooring and accent lighting.

John L. Scott Real Estate Portland, Oregon
One of the projects Norwest built out for John L. Scott was their Northeast Portland branch. The 8,400 s.f., Class A, multi-level office showcases a partially open ceiling structure, dramatic soffits, custom cherry wood doors, architectural lighting, and a broad array of floor finishes. Norwest has completed a total of five projects for John L. Scott.

Triangle Corporate Center Tigard, Oregon
This two-story Class A suburban office building had been developed and leased to a single tenant who was now vacating the building's main floor. The owner, Pacific Northwest Properties, re-configured the main floor for future office tenants; however, the lobby had been previously incorporated into the former tenant's interior space and was not consistent with those of competing Class A properties.

During more than 17 years, Norwest has completed over 130 tenant improvement and building renovation projects for Pacific NW Properties. They range in size from 1,000 s.f. to 50,000 s.f.
James Property Investments Bend, Oregon
Norwest's work includes more than 60 industrial and retail projects over a ten-year period, ranging from $15,000 to $450,000.
Unisource Corp. Gresham and Milwaukie, Oregon
Norwest completed a major, 264,000 s.f. warehouse and office renovation for Unisource. The $1.6 million job entailed renovating executive offices, upgrading fire suppression and electrical systems, and installing a new elevator, overhead doors, and docks. In addition, Norwest handled the remodeling of the company's previous 220,000 s.f. space.
Endeavor Capital Portland, Oregon
Occupying the entire floor of an historic building, this 7,000 s.f., class A office space in downtown Portland features high-quality finishes and architectural details. It cost $500,000 to complete.
